Does the wii fit really work?

Im thinking bout getting one, for those days that i dont feel like going to the gym.. Are them shyts any good or is it just fun?

The wii fit is one of the BEST exercise equipments outside of the gym....You can ride bikes, aerobics, step class, running, and do obstacles courses.

hell yeah. It gets you in shape. I would also recommend purchasing ea sports active, the resistance bands really give you a full workout.

i bought my sons mom a wii for xmas. her mother bought a wii fit (for herself)
