Tips i learned on how to gain weight fast...

I MIGHT AS WELL POST THIS HERE TO BE SEEN, BEFORE IT GETS MOVED TO THE R.I.P WEIGHT TRAING FORUM.
Tip 1: drink 12 ounces of water with 6 liver tablets (not even going to explain to ya'll what that is, this the internet so look it up) every hour...the only time you shouldnt be doing this is ONLY when your sleeping. Hollywood actors do this to add pounds for a role...on average gaining 7 to 10 pounds in a week. Alot of it's going to be water weight...but yo body needs 65 to 70% water on average anyway.
I'll post up tip number 2 and 3 depending on how this does!!

Lol my ? ....but yeah its safe...on average people are suppose to drink 8 to 10 glasses full of water everyday,at least thts what is medically recommened. and 12 ounces of water is not alot.

Doesnt drinking so much water make u loss weight?
And drinking 6 tablets every hour isnt that abit extreme -
I'll stick to increased protien in my diet and creatine.

Or you could just eat surplus calories, take creatine which will make most people gain water weight and workout consistently.
Anything that makes you "gain" fast is likely no good. This game takes time. -

I've gained bout 10 pounds in 2 months..some of it is water weight of course. But I've just been eating like crazy, taking whey protein, just started taking creatine. I get about 200-250 grams of protein everyday. Trying to get to about 175-180 before I cut.
