So y'all ? know that a fat ? been losing some el bees. Anyways, running isn't as hard on my knees anymore and fam, that ? is ? . Swear to ? I feel high after every run.
I run 2 miles every morning. Gonna bump up to 3 in a week or so.

I usually run on my lunch break on a treadmill I go 2.5-3 miles. And yes the ? is boring. I have to have a fresh mix of songs on the zune and at least be facing a window.

I love running but I am developing flat feet. -
I ran/walked 2 miles on the track:
run 200m, walk/jog 200m or run the straights/walk the curves.
I can't do a straight 2 miles jogging.
Which reminds me. I need new running shoes. -
4 miles a day, a few times a week FTW. Hop on the treadmill, set that ? to 6mph and be done in 40 minutes :tu

I run almost everyday. I listen to music and stuff. I think I run about 4-5 miles each time I go out. Takes me about an hour and a half or less if I do it for consecutive weeks and dont get out of rhythm.
