What qualities must an actor have to be consider amazing?

You hear people say actors like Ryan Gosling ,Leonardo, Denzel, Will Smith, Bale, Depp and etc are amazing but what do they bring to the table that others don't.

    None Of Them ? Is Amazing If You Ask Me Except Depp Denzel And Maybe Bale
