If you see a ? on that show not named Bonnie - it's curtains for them. The ? is just flagrant at this point. I saw a cute black ? last night's episode and knew she was on borrowed time.
I think the only ? that had a speaking role and didn't get murdered on that show was the old guy who recognized Stefan and Damon from back in the day.

Bonnie's cousin that worked with Katherine is still alive. And its not just people that dies, everryone on the show dies except Klaus that is.

Oh i think know who you're talking about - that witch that was at that first party where Catherine broke that Indian girls spine and snapped her neck (she was too dark to live yo). I thought she got killed off eventually.

I used to think it was terrible too, but when they introduced the Originals, the basically cranked up the gullyness of the show. At that point the show became a hell of a lot better than True Blood.
That said, it's still very stupid that most of the cast is pushing 30 but they are playing a bunch of high school students. What makes it even crazy is the fact that there is absolutely no reason for them to be that young. Everything would make a lot more sense if they were older. -

Yeah I watch Vampire Diaries. And yes if you aint Bonnie you pretty much getting killed some kinda way. That black dude Jessie that's trying to ? Caroline this season is pretty much a lock to die by episode 10.
But I agree with @Rondre The Originals is 10 times better. -

Klaus is an emotional ? , but he is gully as ? and the brothers are always ? somebody up, they can be very good villians and heros when they want. Pretty much all the important vampires are dope as ? . I think Katherine and Klaus and sometimes Damon are some ? you don't cross and will do you in the most grimest way.
Sometimes, I think they are more of a predator than Erick in some ways. -
I might did with vampire diaries if this silas thing doesn't pan out well, but I'm def stickin with the originals. Love me some michaelsons

Oh and I think they gone eventually move Caroline over to the Originals like back in the day when they moved Cordelia over from Buffy to Angel.
