I heard that ? not for the weak of heart. Basics to browse the deepweb
Install Tor Browser Bundle from the Tor website, easily found on google.
Run it, close all other browsers or applications connected to the internet.
Search for .onion on wikipedia and there will be some links towards the bottom of the page, click on the directory and you'll have links all over the deep web.
Don't click on any pdfs, and you should be good.
there is supposedly a site called hidden wiki that links you to CP and other illegal shet like drug trafficing, weapons, black market shet.
these sites do not appear on search engines like google, yahoo etc
only accessible by program by Tor cause it unblocks hidden web sites
however, hidden wiki is accessible via google but when u enter the site it gives you strict instructions that if you follow any links on hidden wiki MAKE SURE you have Tor enabled to hide your IP and shet so you don't spend 20 years in fckin jail.
.onion are code names for illegal websites that dont appear on search engines.
btw don't even try gonig to any of these sites without knowing what your doing, you either going to get FBI'd or murdered.

I don't think it's underrated if you're looking for crime scene photo's and info not normally released on the regular Web. Same as autopsy photo's and reports. -
