Lol, y'all should've put the spoiler button up. But ? it, why am I not surprised? I watched the trailer and seen the tv spots on tv and ? and was thinking like "Yo are they gonna ? the black guy off? Why do I have this gut feeling they are? Nah hollywood won't do it like dat." And what do you know, they ? him off. I only have one question... WHY?????

I For Once Bought Into The Hype And Went To Watch...Not Bad...They Basically Ripped Of Akira Plotwise...The CGI Was Pretty ? By Today Standards...You Could Tell It Was Low Budget...

Chronicle was one of the best movies Ive seen in a very long time. A must see film

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the story was. I found the effects to be effective. Didn't need to be over the top

naggas. the movies been out since super bowl wknd. i think the statue of limitations on spoilers passed.
and its not a huge spoiler. name some ensemble action/horror movies where the black guy DOESNT die.
top of my head, house on haunted hill and anaconda. das it. -

It was like it was written by a child.
It could have been way better.
At first I was like 'wth?', when it's the next day, and they're just making Lego's float. Then you keep watching...
and realize the direction of the movie wasn't how they get their powers, it's how they use them.
I think the 'bolded' is the most realistic part of the movie. Andrew didn't suddenly become evil, he always had it in him.
He took a lot of abuse and had issues from the jump. Remember the 'Apex predator' scene?
Give a young & emotional kid, who doesn’t care about anything, that kind of power… it’ll be a scary ending.
The director is pretty young, 25 I think. Not too bad for a first time movie director.

Me too. The ending is kind of set up for a part 2, with Matt researching what happened. Then again, 2 of the 3 main characters are dead now... unless Andrew being the strongest, is able to 'heal himself' and come back. lol, probably not... but still.
