Field of Dreams really? it's pure fantasy, you might as well call Space Jam the GOAT basketball movie.

ok that's very acceptable. or go with Bull Durham, The Natural, The Bad News Bears, The Sandlot, Bingo Long and the Traveling All-Stars & Motor Kings, The Babe, The Rookie or For the Love of the Game. sorry, i like Baseball movies. if you've missed any of these check em out especially Bingo Long it's classic Richard Pryor with Billie Dee Williiams and Jame Earl Jones about the ? League.

edit: i see The Natural and Bull Durham - good stuff

i can't agree with Remember the Titans too but i respect and understand the preference.. personally i go with Any Given Sunday

Cobb with Tommy Lee Jones was also really good and heavily underrated. same director as Bull Durham and White Men Can't Jump, don't sleep.

One time, Ty Cobb rushed into the stands and beat the ? out of a fan who called him a "half-niggèr".

When other fans begged him to stop because the heckler lost both of his hands in a factory accident, Cobb replied "I don't care if he got no feet!"

Truly, Ty Cobb did not give a ? .
