More Important: Winning or How You Win?

The NBA FA lottery has me thinking. I and many more would not respect LeBron as much if he went to Miami with D. Wade or Chris Bosh and won a championship. Say this squad reels off five or six ships in a ten year period or so. Would LeBrons achievements be on par with the elites in NBA history? In general is it more important to win, or be "THE MAN" and win?

As long as you win should be all that matters, however guys with better talent around them are different in terms of legacy.
