Silent Hill: Downpour. Anyone check it?

I heard great things about the old silent hill games. wanted to check this one out. want a new horror type game to play. but this ones been out for a little bit. did anyone peep it? price drop game?

The old games >>>>>>>>> The new games. I havent played Downpour but I enjoyed Homecoming, it was solid. If I had to pick, I would cop SH HD collection for $40 over Downpour. Rent it or wait for a price drop.
