need help in finding a particular song "back in time"

I've been googling this for weeks. I'm trying to find the name of a song tha has the hook "...you take me back in time....". Every timen I hear it on the radio and I only heard it about 3 times, I only catch it in the migddle and I never hear who sings it. It is neo-soul and the singer sounds like Sy Smith, Hil St Scott or Vivian Green. Please help
