I would have to choose Square Enix.
For loosing touch with the fans that made then the company they are today and for making the abominations known as Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Final Fantasy XIV Online.

Valve because they were slow a hell with dlc for left 4 dead 1 and 2 and they have been stringing along the fan base with cold stream for about 3 yrs now.

I can even say Sony and yall know Im a fanboy...
Its a damn shame it took all of them 7 years to catch up to Western developers...
The Wii is an example of Japanese not being ready for this generation...
But next gen I expect things to be different... -

Square Enix, and it's not even close. ? FFXIII....and ? most Japanese developers. Y'all had the game on
lock and dropped the ball. Actually for all the flak Nintendo gets for being too kiddie, Nintendo still dominated
hardware sales and some of their software titles absolutely demolished in terms of numbers. -
