Maybe it is just me, but I believe there is more to the "? birth" thing than genealogy. Maybe it has more to do with how man wants to earn or take credit for our own salvation. The ? birth could be in some way saying that mankind can't take credit for the birth of the savior. If so, then who needs ? ?
