crazy that them dudes got over a mill form that mortgage scam bought a brand new bmw and flashin over 30k in cash............but staying in a holiday inn what the ? ....also max should of stopped going out/buying ? and saved his ? money to get a better lawyer...? is either dumb as ? or didnt take it that seriously...i mean u'd think he would since he just got done doing 8 years not to long ago

MaX should of layed low until trial was over, just to make it look as if he is taking it serious.
75 years is a whole lot of time when u look at the little evidence they had against him if any. -
if he really killed dude or had something to do with it,
he shouldve took the 15 year plea..

They said that ? 34 and his parole date is in 2042, he could possibly get out by the age of 64. LOL

Boosie was never stated, as being present during the time of the crime..
they had absolutely no evidence against Boosie..
the only thing Boosie had to worry about,
was being a black man on trial in Louisiana..
I honestly thought he would get rail roaded..
Max B on the other hand was implicated by a witness,
who testified that they conspired to rob the dudes,
but ? went bad..
not only did she implicate him but she implicated her self as well..
that makes the District attorneys case against Max B stronger..
the case against Max B is/was stronger than the case against Boosie.. -

realistically you put 2 criminals in front of a jury and one of them says we did it together. 9 times out of 10 the jury is gonna convict both.

I understand your point but yes thats all the evidence they need for a conviction..
a witness who was also involved, giving testimony
that U were the mastermind behind a plot
to ambush and rob someone, is enough to atleast get U for conspiracy..
especially if the result of U robbing someone ends in a homicide...
U say its an attempt to take down the rappers,
but U have to admit
some of these rappers be doing some dumb ? ..
they put them selves in these situations..
