Black Ice you can still ride to and it goes with real life hidden hazards.
Scenario was a huge hit in the early 90's. I dont know whats the best context for it today.

This really does seem like an odd choice. Black Ice really isn't a posse cut. It's just Big Gipp and Outkast. If you wanted a DF posse cut, you should have chosen this:

Scenario wins for me. It's the most energetic posse cut I ever heard. This joint is perfect cure for fatigue.
