Ehhh, more Rogue interaction. Keeping her out of Gambit's life was the beat part about what they've done so far.

I think she only in one issue because Pete Wisdom put Gambit on the Most Wanted list and Rogue and them are hunting down Mutant terrorists in Uncanny Avengers. It makes sense she only talk to him about it -
Yeah, that might be true. I'd still prefer they keep Rogue far away.

Looks like Gambit gon' have to whoop some ass when that boy Tombstone come through in issue 11

Won't happen. The way the effed it up the most is that they had him in Wolverine's Origin. He would be too old and past his prime if he were to show up in the current movies -
Rogue's part in this book

If that's all it is, that's good.

We got 17 confirmed issues and the Guild is coming throughWill: What about your work with Marvel?
James: Yeah, I’ve been writing Gambit for the past year and I’m in the middle of plotting an arc that will take us to issue 17. The book has kind of been about breaking new ground for the character. The arc that I’m working on now will bring in some of his old mythology that ‘s come back to haunt him. The next couple of issues involve some Rogue-sploitation. There’s fodder for both lovers and haters of the Rogue-Gambit relationship.
Will: Sounds great!
Another interview with Asmus. He starts talking about Gambit around the 3:30 mark.

Send your questions to Asmus (the writer of the book)With the number of Gambit-related questions I've been getting in my inbox lately, it seemed high time that X-Position check in with the man behind the Cajun's solo adventures, Mr. James Asmus! Send it over in an e-mail with the subject line "X-Position or in a 140 character question via Twitter. Either way, make sure those questions are in by Friday! Do it to it!
