Dead lift - Max at 175 (I don't do them a lot)
Shrugs - Hmmm. I don't know. Only because I do them as a part of my shoulder/chest routine, and I've done only up to 150. But that's cause I haven't move up n those for a minute.

Just set some personal records, thurs.......DEADLIFT 350lb 2x if i had straps i could of deadlift 400 no problem multiple times, but im going for raw strength and my grip is on some old man ? and BARBELL SHURG 375lb 8x all RAW with no wrist straps

400+ bench n 600+ squat n deads...shrugged 7plates a side for 5 with straps a couple months back

@bigstevie put on some ? clothes before u step in this thread, nobody want to see that ? ,lol, great ? numbers.....be @ 400 bench in a few months if my shoulder ever ? heals, barbell shoulder presses killed my rotator cuff, i aint ? with them no more, rehabbing with dumbell shoulder presses using 35's, that.s what i get repping 225 4x12 with a short warm up set....

Wimp.Lol mannnn been a while since i been in the gym in a good minute. Im 350+ on the bench 410 on a good day x3....squat 420 shrug 300..i have a iron straight bar in the house got 150 on the bar man those curls have got my forearms lookin like popeye and although i havent been in the gym for a while i havent been slacking on the curls i do those everytime im at home ,i could be just sitting up watching tv or even if i look at it im doing sets...diet hasnt changed although i might hit up the buffet every now and then.....but im glad to say im in shape and maintaining the weight i want (205) and again man these curl lifts keepin me right. -
entered the 300 club in squat Soph year in HS...bench in college..
havent really lifted heavy in a long as time...most i get up on bench is about 225 then i'm done
havent been in the gym in over a year, just a lot of cardio and home workouts, thinking after this cuttin phase i'm about to go through i'll try to see if i can get back there on bench..squatting has always been my strongest lift, i'm pretty sure i could hit it within a week or two -
Not quite in that club yet. My bench i is 205
But my squat is 280 and I'm deadlifting 400 -
Deadlifting 315 x 6 reps @ 150 lbs
about ? time too -
bench: 425( I should be doing more but I got some 84 inch arm span)
squat: damn herniated disk ? that up but my max was 720 at my strongest
deadlift:another thing that got ? up by the back but last lift was@ 865

I can leg press over 1000 tho.. cant do heavy lifting squats anymore -
