I bought a pair of polo shoes the other day (pictured below) and when I wear them the back of the shoe rubs against the back of my ankle eventually breaking the skin and annoying the ? out of me. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Is there a way to fix this?
I tried them on in the store and they fit well. I walked around in them and had no issue. When I wear them for prolonged periods of time though (few hours) the back of my ankle gets mangled.
I am desperate for some solutions

I've had a similar problem way back. I think your shoes are like a half size too small.

Shoes cuttin' the back of foot only means one thing, you buying your kicks too big. -
Bruh I'm usually a 10-10.5

Well then you have what I like to call "? Feet"...lol...you're a guy with women feet. nothing you can do bruh...lol

How the ? does having 10.5 in men's shoes at all denote female feet?
If anything these shoes are too tight rather than too small -
Damn u were right son. I went back and got an exchange. Walked out of there with a size 9. Smallest shoes i own right now iono how this happened.

Depending what company made them...for example: China's size ten maybe a little different than United States ten, etc. -
Never had this problem for years now. But what came to mind right now is, try a wide strip of weather installation tape( adhesive on one side)...they come in different thickness.
