SMH soI'll agree that changing from 10-7 is a bit arbitrary at best, at worst its just petty. I also want to know how they plan to find out how many bullets are in a 10 round clip...are they going to confiscate the weapon to count? If so, Is that a search & seizure (4th amendment) issue?
The Erie County sheriff (Buffalo, NY) has already came out publicly on camera and said he is not going to enforce the SAFE act. Lol
I feel like sending him some nekked ? . If only the Niagara County sheriff would do the same... Lol

there's also another factor: there are a lot of 10-round magazines on the market for all those guns in all those states that have that limit right now (like NY). but are there a lot of 7-or-less round magazines out there for those guns, guns which are designed for larger-than-10-round magazines anyway?
I bought like 2 extra magazines right before that stupid ass mag law almost took effect. Then the idiots realized how stupid it was in the first place and changed it last minute. I hope they take this to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court ? all over Cuomo.

Yea a lot of people forget that Cuomo's original plan was door to door confiscation. I honestly wish he woulda tried... New York would have seen civil war.
