i just remember 2 being wack and stupid over the top...
i forgot how really good 3 was though...imma watch 4 when i get home...

They're entertaining films, though still not an essential series like Bourne or Bond. The first one is still my favourite.

Wasnt a huge fan of them. But i saw them when i was real young and never saw them again. Probably too late to change my mind.

Haha I do remember 2 being over the top as hell

to be fair most action films back then did have to step their game up (bite) the Matrix

Thought the first and fourth were great. Pass on the second unless they release the supposedly good 4 hr directors cut. Third was good.

didn't see 3 & don't remember 2. but the first one & ghost protocol were on point.

Its a great franchise overall....except for 2 which was utter and complete trash.

Part 1 > Part 4 > Part 3 > Part 2
It's a pretty good series. But as people have said, I mostly like the 1st and 4th one. Part 2 had great action but way to much slow motion and even though it's the highest grossing, it's the weakest one to me. Part 3 had a great villain but overall it was uneven. I like the series cause I grew up watching the TV show. It's a solid franchise overall. I just find it odd that back in 96 when Part 1 came out, so many people were complaining that it wasn't like the TV show yet here we are all these years later and it holds up the best. -
I like it...
1 was 6/10
2 was 6/10 (rewatched it a month ago, didn't like it much when it was new but it was pretty cool this timearound)
3 was 7.5/10 (very good)
4 was back to 6/10 (good solid but the second one had more impressing action tbh and the bad guy was pretty wack, and I missed the old crew Ving Rhames and Maggie Q, new crew I didn't feel em much)
