Mic Skills--What's worse: they actually let him talk or they try to make him sound smart?
In-ring ability--roses are red, violets are, and ryback is green
Charisma-- he's a meathead with a chant, so he's got a bright future in the 'E. -
His mic skills aren't bad at all, he's not great either. He's very average, his breathing ? needs to stop.

He needs a better move set
if he wants longevity as a top tier performer he's gonna have to get on that mic and step it up
If he stays healthy and doesn't job to too many lames that "Ryback" ? will ? around and be the last gimmick of his career
I know everybody hates him cuz he's a Goldberg clone, so what? He's just a big strong ugly ? so there really ain't too many options for him
If he falls off he's gonna end up doin tag team matches with Santino smh -

In my opinion he has a lot of charisma but he needs a larger variety in his move set and better mic skill if he wants longevity just like someone else said.
The days of brutish meat heads like Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, and others getting huge pushes is over.
You got to be way more diverse the in today's company that's why you see guys like CM Punk, Zigger, and, Daniel Bryan getting pushes.
Back in the day Intercontinental title and US title status (upper midcard) would have been the ceiling for those type of guys.
