I use Gensoid for genesis, SuperGNES for snes, and gameboid for gameboy advance. None of them need root.

Be sure to download FPse. Great PSX emulator. You can find a free one, but I just paid $3.63 for it. Neodroid is a great one. It's free, but not on Google play. Just Google it and get it from XDA developers.

lol I was shocked when I found them. I used to use them back in college.
Be sure to check out Tiger Arcade. That's a great one. Plays M.A.M.E and Neo Geo Roms. Works better than Neodroid. -

Depends on the phone/tablet, ROM, and the settings. I had to take a while messing with the settings to get The 3rd Birthday running right. Best believe I'm getting Vice City Stories. Still trying to get Tekken 6 to run smooth.
Ppsspp is also on the PC.
Also try the Dreamcast Emulator Reicast. Its in the play store and its free. I've been using it for almost a year. Playing Phantady Star Online on my Moto G and Nexus 7 -
Download Tekken 6 for Android PPSSPP SMOOTH Gamep…: http://youtu.be/EzcuGEivyQ0

Just installed and tried the Drastic Nintendo DS emulator on my phone with Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow. Works smooth as hell.
Its $5.99 in the play store, but you can do what I did and search google for the cracked copy. -
Didn't even know they had a dream cast emu out yet. Props bro. I'll probably try it out 2mrw since I'll have to download some isos

Are you talking dolphin for the PC or something else?
There is no 3ds emulator yet. That system came out last year. -

Yeah just Google the .apk. I probably play PSX the most of any emulator, Android or PC
