So Liz was twerkin it for a Black man! LOL! ? hurt Phillip soul when dude told him straight up Liz told him she didn't love him and showed up at his doorstep when she was pregnant with Paige. Oh & LMAO at them meeting at a MLK rally.

Really good episode tho....you knew Robert's wife wasnt gonna live. That baby going to Moscow to be raised as a sleeper agent. And the new handler might seem nice but she is gonna cause a lot a problems...especially if she get any inkling that Phillip is thinking about defecting.

Yeah that was another good episode. I was wondering if Liz and Phillip knew they was gonna ? the wife. I really couldn't tell. Yep. Granny gonna be a problem.

I think they convinced themselves that nothing would happen to the wife and the baby. Cuz the new handler made it seem like it was gonna be ok. But I think deep down they knew how it was gonna go. Its probably a way they cope with the ? up ? they ask them to do. They truly, well at least Liz, believe their country is like Utopia and can do no wrong.

I also find it real refreshing that its the female thats the hard core one out of the duo. Phillip is a lot more sensitive. Even though they've been together for what 15-16 years....he's the one who fell in love with her and has second thoughts on some of their missions. She's still all about Russia and the overall mission. Doesn't really hide her hatred for the U.S. and is still distant emotionally from Phillip even though they've been married for so long and have 2 kids. And she loves her kids but she still really think of them as products of what they ultimately want to achieve which is why she's so adamant about teaching them to be Socialists. Even after being ? during her training and hearing from dude himself that it was a "perk" of his job given to him by his commanders....she still is all about the motherland.

That brainwashing got a real tight grip on her. Cuz once ole dude woulda justified doing what he did as a privilge given to him by the government you love and risk your life for.....I woulda defected like a mug. LOL.

Tru dat. She REALLY bout dat Marx life. Man, if I was Phil and she hit me we that "we not REALLY married" ? , I'm chloroforming her, driving dude to FBI HQ, and collecting dat check. ? outta here lol. Its 1981. Stay outta KGB crosshairs till Gorby take over the Motherland and you'll be aiight.

This show is criminally slept on right now. Potential to be a classic on the lines of a Breaking Bad, Mad Men type of way.

LMAO @ Liz trying to play it cool when the security dude start sniffing around and was just like...? it...and shot him point blank in the head.

And Phillip was right in the wanting to be sure about how everything went down before they just start murking political officials and starting World War III. Liz still to caught up in that communist brainwashing trying to go hard from jump. Letting her harsh feelings about America cloud her judgement.

She's seemed to soften to Phillip's point of view at the end when they went to Stans house and he told them the truth about the assasination attempt. And I think she started realizing that the people in this country are just trying to protect their families and way of living as much as they are when Stan talked about how it was for him when JFK was assisinated.

As far as the next episode goes......Phillip is gone go HAM. You can see that the closer they get emotionally the harder it is for them to do what they need to do as spies. Its a gift and a curse....

What did you make of the scenes with the kids.

I'll say this. As far as Paige you can definetly see Liz's influence on her. The way she pretty much dismissed Reagan's shooting, not really understanding why they kept showing it on the news. I went back to how Phillip was depicting the differences of America to Liz. Saying that when their most important leaders died Russia kept it a secret for so long but in America they informed their citizens.

But after Paige said that to Stan's son and she saw his reaction, like why wouldn't they show it, she let it go and backtracked. Mainly because she likes him, and partly because she believes she's being raised different, with her believing that her dad is a travel agent but Mike knows and understands that his dad works for the FBI.

Oh and FYI: It was announce yesterday that the show has been renewed for a 2nd Season.

Good show, finally got to catch up on the last 3 episodes. His neighbor probably wont really start thinking about them til the end of this season. Like Hank just put it together at the end of this season of Breaking Bad.

You know Elizabeth is a little ?
She call up that black dude greg every time her and philip get into a fight over some foul ? she does. Oh and she's been ? him for 15 years behind philip's back.

Wonder why Stan is so into Nina. He's gonna ? up because of that

Nina will be Stan's downfall. He is too emotionally attached.

I see what Gregory is saying.. his black ass in Moscow? At the same time he comes highly regarded/respected. It's not like after some time he couldn't have traveled around Asia or Eastern Europe without being hunted by the FBI and really disappear without a trace.

With that said he went out trill as ? .

They couldn't send him to Cuba? He would've blended in better there, he probably know a little Spanish already, and I'm guessing Cuba would be a nicer place to live overall.
