Man, I listened to Channel Orange mad times but I can't get all the way into that ? cause duke really can't sing. I think he would be better off as just a song writer. Weeknd has no range. Miguel can sing but he ain't got no soul.
Who does that leave left? Jesse Boykins III can give BJ a run for his money but he hasn't dropped no heat in a minute. But in terms of just quality music and the whole package BJ gives you the perfect mix of traditional R&B with a modern feel that doesn't go too left field.
We not including GOATs like Maxwell in this discussion either cause he been bullshittin with that damn album.

I couldn't tell you the latest cuz I haven't really been checking for new releases.. but my playlist includes Raheem Devaugh, CJ Hilton, Anthony Hamilton, Lyfe Jennings, Tank, Musiq Soulchild.. just to name a few. -
