Now i have a feeling that the E will come down hard on swaggs due to the fact that wrestlemania is so high profile and they trusted him to be the #1 contender. They are only human understandable but whats really good for business. They might have a different position on this now that bruno sanmmartino is being inducted and given his views on drug policies it coould be a deciding factor? Now ii do hope they do whats right wihthout ruining a good career or a personal life of an employee. THEY SHOULD ALWAYS TREAT EACH CASE THE SAME NO MATTER IF YOU ARE THE CHAMPION OR THE JOBBER WHO ONLY WRESTLES TWICE A MONTH

WHAT DO YOU THINK SHOULD HAPPEN OR WHAT THEY WILL DO ?

They gotta be consistent with the punishments. RVD got busted for drugs and they made him drop the WWE and ECW titles from him and they suspended him.

dont forget that R truth and Miz to mehad one of the best tag teams in the last few years and they were over with the crowd so much, but they pretty much killed it for both guys by suspending Truth

I think they go let him finish his feud with Del Rio and then suspend him afterward. It might be awhile before they push him again

Swagger defeats Del Rio @ WM, is attacked by Ziggler and "injured", Ziggler cashes in to win.

    Swagger takes his leave.

They usually wait til after the event to mete out suspensions of major players if they do anything at all.

Orton was suspended in early 2006 but didn't actually get taken off television until after Wrestlemania 22. R-Truth's push was sustained until after Survivor Series, so it really depends on the level of importance of the event and the wrestler.

Jericho was arrested in January 2010 (public drunkenness) and pretty much nothing happened, in fact they gave him the WHC in February.

RVD's punishment was almost immediate, but I'm guessing its because he was never a favorite of the office anyway.

They have always been politics behind the way they do suspensions, drug testing (especially drug testing), even fines.

In kayfabe, if a wrestler (usually a face) breaks the law, they're arrested in the opening segment of Raw with a heel pressing charges.

By the main event, said babyface is always bailed out in time to interfere and cost the heel the match.

Also, a jail is always conveniently across the street from the arena.

Came in here because i thought it was a debate about Jim Duggan and the Iron Sheik riding together or even the Ken Patera/McD debacle
