They don't have a choice. They are protected by the Freedom of Speech. What they are doing isn't illegal. To deny them the right to protest is, however. Memphis doesn't have the time or resources to fight a long, drawn out legal battle.
They are protesting the name changes of 3 parks here in Memphis, one of them being named after Nathan Bedford Forrest, who was the first Grand Wizard of the KKK. They will be here March 30th,and I will be there taping. Its a very sad moment for Memphis right now.
