I try to engage in conversations about politics or philosophy w/ females and often get zero response. Wtf does the average woman like to talk about besides clothing and how her day was?

I prefer current events sex topics, and how our generation will affect the future. I also love to read and watch movies so anything pertaining to those things will captivate me.

The key is to let women talk about themselves, they're pretty good at that.

Social topics

Sports (if a Houston team is doing something, otherwise IDGAF)
Myself
We're both big news watchers so that type of ? is discussed and debated frequently. -
Sales or good buys at various stores

@RodrigueZz are you tryin to wife the broad? if not, save those convos for when you sure the ? got a brain. In the meantime just get that ass. Lotta ? are superficial for weeks before any serious convo can be had so keep that ? simple down to Alanta Housewives, clubs and shopping.
-
I've been tryna be more friendly w/ females in my classes and i just cant seem to get a decent convo going when i bring up some left wing ideology ish or some personal philosophy. Im gonna try current events, maybe these females in my classes arent as vapid as i think
-
Small doses are the key I think.
Nobody wants to hear you go into a 15 minute diatribe of your personal views and idealogies, we only put up with that when you are a boyfriend and we love you too much to hurt your feelings by ignoring you. -
-
No 15 minute rants, just tryna get some back and forth dialogue to gain insight and develop my theories. There is an absence of female perspective in them. Females seem to be uninterested in helping me fix that tho
-
Most like to talk about what everybody else is doing or has done.

do you ever feel like a man is dumbing down his way of talking when talking to you women? (he is)
or, as a woman, do you ever feel like you have to dumb down your own way of speaking? -
