Can the Mid 90's to 2010 Be Considered the "Golden Era," of Black ? Movies?

It seems from about '95 to about three years ago with a peak from the turn of the millenium to about '05, '06, or '07, black ? movies came into their own with a plethora of stars and some ? even having their own companies. Here in this fifteen year stretch we had Hall of Famers such as Carmen Hayes, Jada Fire, Pinky, LT. Mr. Marcus, Kim Eternity and others. It seems that quality of product as peak and now it's starting to fall off. I guess because of the internet. It seems, (with the exception of Go Go ? Me and that Zuri chick,) that these new girls just are lacking something that these legends had. Or maybe it's like the feminists anti-porn hoes say and a ? has seen so much of this ? that he's become desensitized to it and needs to see some ? really getting it in?
