As yall know I bout that 03 cadillac seville sts for like 3 grand and its been cool
no major repairs, just tires and brake pads
all in all, it does the job for a side car
has 130k miles
Now my main car is a 05 chevy monte carlo ls
damn near 97k miles, just replaced the battery today and will have to replace the brake pads also
Now even tho its reliable, I'm go need something with lower mileage for the next couple years to ride in until i get a house, then at that point I will have a primary and have a project car on the side.
Both cars are paid off and I own them.
So you think I should trade both in towards something with very low mileage and just grown man it til my project car?
Trade one in for a lil bucket?
Cars I'm thinking about trading in for and putting money down on:
Challenger
pontaic g8(not that common of a car and most of them tend to have near 60k miles already)
lexus es
infinti g37 or 45
bmw 745 or li
jeep wrangler( for off road exploits and road trips benefits)
2013 Volkswagen Jetta Sedan
2013 Jeep Patriot
Thoughts?

You won't get true value on either car man. If you really want to sell them go through Craigslist or your local routes and put that towards your new vehicle, unless you are really good friends with a dealer who will bend numbers in your favor. Good Luck either way.
I like your selection of new cars to get. I've wanted that G8 for a minute, and Test Drove a 750 last week. -
Unless you just tired of looking @ the MC (decent looking car imo), I would keep it, let the mod bug bite you & spend a few $$ on it, then save the rest.
Tint, wheels, CAI, dope new headlights/taillights, and youll fall in love with the whip again. Plus you not lining another stealership's pockets.
Although I been wanting to upgrade to my GP's successor...the G8. Want the GT, or GXP, but would settle for the base. -

I have a kid so you know putting a kid in the back in a 2 door takes a toll on you, only reason I put up with it this long cuz my pockets wasnt here yet or the cars I saw wasnt my type. Now the time is right.
So I'm looking to move on to something else.

You have two cars thats paid for and you want to trade them for a car note, while saving for a house? That's backwards and 97k isn't really a lot of miles. I'd keep it and just save towards the house.

I can actually do both
the cars I'm looking at aren't over 19k so I wouldnt have long to pay it off and both cars going toward it will knock it down some and I can put 2k down to decrease that balance.
I dont just make irrational money decisions, I save for it, save for other options, and save for just in case
Why save yo money when you cant enjoy it, its that time
So a good stable vehicle will be worth it
I barely drive the second car and I'm tired of doing maintenance on both cars -

wilber is right
g n i l t s u h
bruh..
if they are paid for and you want to save for a house... no sense in buying a car just to get rid of one.. you'll still be doing maintenance on 2 cars
some of those cars you mentioned cost a lot to maintain too
sell one if you want to get rid of it and put that towards your new crib

The one I drove was a automatic with peddle shifters. I came home and googled the car and saw all types of complaints/problems with that transmission. So I stayed away and kept the SRT8. -
