A Wisconsin high school teacher is accused of sexually assaulting at least two male students in less than a week. Megan Garland, 28, has been charged with child sex assault after a 14-year-old boy came forward claiming that the Messmer High School science teacher performed oral sex on him on May 23. According to the alleged victim, the abuse took place in the parking lot of Destiny Church and School. Neither Garland nor the alleged victim have any direct association to the school. They reportedly arrived at that location to attend an event.

On Monday, a 15-year-old male student from Messmer High School reported that the 28-year-old educator assaulted him as well, the Milwaukee Wisconsin Journal-Sentinel reported. The allegation has been referred to the District Attorney Office, which will decide whether to file additional charges against Garland. Garland was suspended last week from her teaching duties when the initial allegations came to light. In a statement released last week to the station Fox6Now, school officials said they were 'disturbed' by the allegations against Garland.

According to the criminal complaint released Tuesday, a passerby spied a car rocking and the windows 'steamed up' in the parking lot of Destiny High School on the evening of May 23. The witnesses opened the car door, only to discovered the 28-year-old teacher performing a sex act on a teenager, according to the documents. The bystander forced Garland to stay and called police. The 14-year-old later confirmed the witness's statement when interviewed by officers. If convicted of a second-degree sexual assault on a child under age 16 in connection to the first incident, Garland could face up to 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $100,000.

The sex abuse scandal has stunned the Messmer High School community. However, not everyone was surprised by the accusations leveled at Garland.

Dee Burt, a parent of a student who knows the victims, told the local station Today's TMJ4 that she has heard kids talk about seeing the teacher picking students up.
