Man arrested for using real $50 bill

Lorenzo Gaspar was arrested and thrown in jail last week after using a $50 bill to pay for goods at a Tennessee Quik Mart. A Quik Mart employee alerted police that a man had used a counterfeit $50 at the store. It wasn't until the bill was taken to two local banks and verified as "real but very old," that Gaspar was released.
Man arrested for laughing too loudly

Chaos ensued once the players realized no one had achieved a bingo, and an officer was forced to arrest Whaley when he refused to apologize.
Man arrested for releasing balloons into air
Anthony Brasfield of Florida may pay dearly for being a hopeless romantic. Brasfield, 40, was spending a quiet morning in February with his girlfriend, when he released 12 heart-shaped balloons over a Motel 6 parking lot. A Florida Highway Patrol officer witnessed the act and arrested Brasfield with a third-degree felony charge of polluting to harm humans, animals and plants, under the Florida Air and Water Pollution Control Act.

Tran spent 24 hours in jail and paid a $100 fine, and the excessive truancy charges were dropped.
Woman threatened with hefty fines
Angela Prattis, 41, of Chester Township, Pa., was threatened with a $600-per-day fine in August 2012. Prattis ran a charity out of her garage, prompting township officials to consider fining her after she refused to buy a required $1,000 ordinance variance. They allowed Prattis to finish her mission last summer after newspapers and TV stations caught wind of the situation.
Woman arrested for cheering
Shannon Cooper of Florence, S.C., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in May 2012 for cheering at an event. The crowd was reportedly warned that anyone caught cheering or screaming would be escorted out. Cooper was released a few hours later after posting the $225 bond.
Man arrested for whistling
Robert Smith, 32, of Portland, Maine, was arrested several times in 2012 for his "irritating" habit of whistling loudly while stationed in front of downtown businesses. "The Whistler" reached a plea deal with prosecutors in February. Smith admits he isn't the most-talented whistler; he just wants to make people smile.

Man jailed for collecting rainwater on his property
An 11-year battle with the state of Oregon concluded in August 2012 when landowner Gary Harrington was sentenced to 30 days in jail for collecting rainwater in three "illegal reservoirs" despite them being located on his property. Harrington willingly went to jail in order to get the word out that big government was infringing on citizens' property rights.
Autistic teen arrested for selling sugar concoction at school
A St. Mary's, Ohio, teenager with a form of autism was reportedly arrested in February after attempting to sell a sugar mixture to students at his high school. A lot of those are city ordinance violations. Hardly the kind of stuff to start a "revolt".

I doubt getting a fine for growing a garden will start a revolution if Waco didn't.

Cumulative effect of the matter. These listed are examples of Government overeaching whether its federal state or local it is a problem. The more people feel encroached up[on the more they feel micro managed the more the resent and rage builds. The ridiculous examples above are wastes of time, money and serve nothing but to make people feel powerlessand extorted. ? is real whether kats want to own it or not...

Naw man Kats Jump we Rioted breifly here in Seattle a few times over various incidents, we rioted when I lived in LA after the Rodney King trial, folks get bout it on the regular everywhere I be at. What happens is it is on a small scale and instead of making solid moves we loot and burn our own communities instead of protecting them and establishing ourselves. Imagine what would happen if their was real leadership in LA, CHi and NYC's various gangs/hoods that said yo we are going to get it together or fall together.

The lack of organization and the divide and conquer techniques that are used on our community is shown in kats like you. You are a part of the problem the revolution will be televised via the net and when it pops we as a culture better have it together like other cultures(I.E. Hispanics, Asians Whites) or we will be back in Chains again. THere is a reason we have so many political prisoners Locked up in contrast to the Mafia, Militias and other truly organized groups political and criminal. It is not due to lack of intelligence rather concerted effort due to what has happened when we have shown slightly unified acts of civil distrurbance.

What was missing in previous revolts was diversity and unity(I know sounds contradicting) when the Natives, Esses and Asians start in watch what happens. As a culture and society we have went from just oppressing Us Negroes to treating everyone not of the elite class with the same bit of slavemaster say and you must do because you owe all to master mentality. So stop being a lame instead of hating on those of us pointing out what should be obvious educate yourself and family so you are in a position to make a difference for your tribe when it is time...
