politics as usual ..........terrible, you pose to be a dope dealing thug yet you.rappin over Ron Isley's romance beat? ummmmm nawl

22 twos ........had dope concept yet the beat was so wack its unforgivable.

Aint no ? ........wack beat and the concept condones simping which im against. On top of that Foxy murked him oj his own ? .

Yall ? gotta be kidding me with the wack beats on regrets and coming of age

^ ^ Those alone cause the album to not be a classic.

Feelin it and friend or foe wasnt wack but wasnt super duper great either. I actually like friend or foe 2 off of vol 1 better even tho its extra short.

both can i lives were dope tho

overall some joints were very good like the ones in my last post. some like feelin it were ok, but some were down right snoozers or too ? retro and thats the honest truth. I dont see what the fuss was about with people throwing the "classic" word around loosely. And before people dismiss me as a Nas fan, I feel like It was written was better than Illmatic overall so I aint just tryna be hard on Jay.

There you have it, happy 4th of July ? !

Sookie starts gleeting fairy juice out her ? , warlow takes heed jackin off in the close. Bill skeets in jessicas eye now she's the blood diamond. Jason pops x, v, and new red kush that ? went back in time. Alcide developes new flea dip then proceeds to ? in sherriffs car. Lafeyettes hat falls off. Tara puts hole fist in pams ? hole pull out years of shame and thundercat ? .

Lmao @ Blueprint being a RD sequel. Not at all.

Jay just wants to have a classic debut like a lot of his peers. It's cool but it ain't classic. In My Lifetime was a much more complete album.

^What the ? does "more complete" mean? That album had some nice tracks but some absolutely ? ones too. Take out the three weakest tracks and you MIGHT have a four-star album, but it still wouldn't be on RD's level.

    Once again.

You guys are playing "It wasn't bumping in my hood" fallacy.

In the spring of '94 in South Florida, ? was banging to Death Row, not illmatic.

What makes illmatic a classic if ? weren't bumping it?

BTW, I do think illmatic is a classic and the hip hop bible, mind you.

    So, don't go there.

Illmatic got so much play it was one of the most bootlegged albums of all time...it didn't sell cuz it was aimed for ghetto ? no party jams like ready to die or reasonable doubt..

    Reasonable had poor distribution..

And Reasonable Doubt was commercially more appealing than illmatic and had classic singles.

I respect illmatic more than RD but RD is a classic.

? will sit up here and lie to say it wasn't bumping in my neighborhood to discredit.
