Somethings go without say its pointless comparing the 2 when ones human and thee other is a alien w/ superhuman strength(nolans,tim burton batman all futile in comparison). But I think it'll be difficult to make a live action fight scene between the two believable being ones far more superior than thee other unless he uses kryptonite. It would be hard for a audience to sit back and watch without logically thinking "why wont supe knock his ass out already"

In his defense, he didn't mess up the daredevil movie, it was fox, bad scripting and elektra. He might bring more depth and intellect to Wayne.
