The top 3 faces are Punk, Bryan and RVD/Ziggler so the lose are the obvious choices. Due to age RVD is out, Punk is busy with Heyman so that leaves Bryan and Ziggler. The only logical choice is Bryan.
Ziggler maybe gets moved up a spot but that means you got to move up Rhodes or Miz too. -

DB and Punk. Kofi needs a WHC push and Rey needs to work again as a consistent top selling face. Rey doesnt need any titles just good feuds. Ziggler is top tier talent, but a good face he does not make.

Yeah but they have no one else with name value.
Mark Henry, Big Show, Christian and Kane are all over 40 and on their last legs. That's damn near all their faces that make TV right there.
Got to move Miz up, I'm not saying main event but certainly back to the midcard.
