The funny bit is that EVERYTHING the Joker talked about chaos and society becoming savages when the code was thrown out the window was proven right when Bane took over the city. I gotta give this to Bane though. Joker had some philosophical/prophetic lines, but if we just talking straight ether and trillness, I gotta give it to Bane.
