Is Drake the 21st Century RnB Artist?

I was listening to his new album the other day and I thought to myself as much as people wanna hold the ? as a rapper like most other rappers.........nah b. He'll spit a 16 then follow it up with a autotune/sing note(s) on almost every song, nevermind the songs where he's singing on the whole thing. So Im thinking damn, I know how much Hip Hop has grown since the 90's whether thats a good thing or not is irrelevant but it kinda meshed with RnB and now the RnB game is all kinda missing(compared to what it was anyway). So you think the whole rapper/singer thing is like the new RnB?

not at all! i was very disappointed with this album! the production was either average or below average, and they have tons of 21st century rnb artists better than drake. its getting kind of old n played out if you ask me. he sounded more like big sean n 2 chainz on some songs lol
