Yup. And deep condition.
Shampoo has ingredients in it that break down the natural oils that the scalp produces. If a person of any race shampoos too often, they hair can become dry....then damaged.

Yeah I shampoo and deep condition every 4-5 days... If I go any longer I look like a sprayed a whole bottle or Oil Sheen in my hair. LOL! Its terrible. -

i made a thread about body wash and my so-called species of black brothers and sisters said it was disgusting. that it doesnt help you get clean. i think they just use their fingernail and scrape off all the black people grime
