Is There An Easy Way To Delete Mad Duplicate Songs In Itunes?

I have an Ipod with thousands of songs on it. It has reached capacity but hundreds of those songs are duplicates and are taking up mad GB's. I know theres a command to Show Duplicates, but if i manually deleted them one by one, it would take forever.

Any suggestions on to accomplish this quickly?
