which hyundai elantra to get and why

Recently my 2010 hyundai elantra sedan was totaled. I wad not at fault.Anyway i have the opportunity to get a new 2013 base model no bells and whistles or a 2011 gls pzev with navigation,blue tooth,rear camera for backing up with 40000 miles certified pre owned for 16000 total out the door. It had one owner who leased.I cant afford this version in the 2013 model. I plan on keeping the car until it stops working. I am also diligent about keeping the oil changed and the car serviced. So which ever one I get I will take care of it. I am not interested in any other make or model. The car fax on the 2011 is clean.
