help my laptop

i'm having problems I keep getting this message that my laptop will restart in two days. every time this happens the system restarts and I loose my Wi-Fi or network connections. I've tried refreshing but still no connection. I didn't backup my apps or my files so if I reboot I loose everything. I even tried going to the control panel and erasing the program that causes this but no success. I don't think I have a Wireless switch on my laptop either. my computer is a Lenovo g585. can anybody help? any suggestions?
