The toll it's taking on his family now, seems it isn't worth the hassle

This isn't really something I'd consider propaganda though. It's just one of thousands of random articles about politics written every day.
I'd definitely say it was written with an agenda and/or bias since it fails to mention the potential for corruption or manipulation - but in terms of being propaganda this article falls on the scale somewhere below the average bumper sticker. -

They talked about the same thing when Reagan and Clinton were in office. When you popular people don't want you to leave....Reagan was immensely popular and still is among certain kinds of Americas and if there were no term limits Clinton would still be president today I bet.
Incumbents are a ? to remove in elections so that's a good reason to have term limits but like I said before it also gives them a lot of cover to do dirt then slide out the national picture for good. -

Ngga...IF the term limits are ever lifted (i've never heard any traction on that whatsoever), it wont be in our lifetime, so thats a helluva copout -
