also, the YMCA on morehead nh near downtown has pretty competitive pickup games throughout the week -
haha ive actually balled there at north lake, the rubber courts was woat tho and swoll my knee up for a week or so.

i did peep they had tournament ball at 6, i watched a couple games but i swore off rubber courts after that incident. I jump alot and with no spring in the floor , im jus asking for knee problems.

But I know a dude who says he goes up there around lunchtime during the week and there are almost always games going on. I'm sure it's the same in the evenings -
it seems like tues and thur night and saturday mornings are the universal pickup basketball times everywhere

charlotte is dope..its like a small atlanta
uptown is small..check out the epicenter though. bobcats arena right behind it..a lot of bars/lounges in that area.
if u wanna really see whats good..check out charlotte during the CIAA tournament.
concord mills is a dope place..its north of the city. the university area is cool..UNC charlotte is that way.
hommie said Krystals is dope..i aint been there in years. also check out the NC music factory downtown..a couple of night spots over there too. NC got a law where you cant smoke indoors anymore...dunno about Krystals tho.
Greensboro/Winston salem is about an hour north of charlotte. madd black people. its wack if you looking for the city feel. i went to school in winston salem..theres nothing there.
East of greensboro is Raleigh and Durham..its cool that way if you want to raise a family. People up there scared of durham but theres nothing to be afraid of. the beach is also 3 hours east of that. -
