This isn't made by Sonic Team and this isn't the series continuity. Otherwise, it is a spinoff for the upcoming CG show on Cartoon Network this fall.

They said some of the former devs from Uncharted worked on this which is why Sonic has Nathan Drake's scarf.

Big Red Button (the guys making the Wii U game) aren't just Ex-Naughty Dog guys there are some former Insomniac Games employees working there too which is why this game seems similar to Ratchet and Clank.

They worked on Ratchet & Clank and Jak & Daxter too

only played a demo of the lost world on wii u and it wasnt that bad
..but still not half as good as sonic on dc was -
