The Process

You still spending money on the prepaid cards. You can't even start a account using just prepaid cards. PayPal won't authorize prepaid cards with no money on them. And even when you create a new account, the only place you can type PayPal info into netflix is on a computer. We laughed at ? like you behind the scenes though. Like "these ? extra petty behind $7.99"
