Name your top 5 most powerful ninja in Naruto. I didn't include temporary power ups (Edo, Juubi, etc.) ro none of that, just who's the most powerful when compared to other people (so #1 might be able to lose to #5, but he can beat more people).

3. Itachi (curb stomped Kabuto, was playing around with Sasuke even when dying from a sickness, easily defeated Kakashi, Kisame wanted no parts of him, some of the old school ninjas were afraid of him, slaughtered the entire Uchiha clan with Obito's help, etc)

Last position is between nagato and itachi.
Nagato was 2 ? powerful, could destroy a whole village with ease AND bring the ? back to life w....t...f
Itachi not only was his eye powers so ridiculous that ? advice for a fighting strategy for him was to ? run(him and minato people said the same just ? run) but based of raw power I'd give it to nagato.
Only thing is itachi also acquired items of power not even orochimaru could find.

What power has obito(was only temporarily strong af) sasuke, deidara shown to be as powerful as madara or the 1st, who isn't on your list?
Kisame stronger than all them ninjas. -
Obito has Kamui that makes him damn near untouchable, can use wood style,fire style and has sharingan and rinnegan abilities.. ppl forget how strong he was before the mask came off when he was running ? as Tobi...
Sasuke will eventually surpass Madara that's pretty much a given...
Next to Hidan Deidara is probly the most underrated ninja in the series, i have him as the 4th strongest akatsuki member, once he uses C4 it's a wrap for almost anybody...
Nagato i think could beat the 1st Hokage, he's a master of the rinnegan and that's something the 1st has never went up against especially if Nagato is in his prime and has all the paths in his body, naruto only shined against him for the sake of the plot..

LOL at Neji and Lee. And Obito never really used his Rinnegan powers like that, his wood powers either. Just saying, that shouldn't be a deciding factor when picking him.

Cosign what you said about Obito and Deidara. Deidara is underrated, but his lightning weakness hurts him too much against the competition IMO. My last spot was between Obito and Madara, but I wasn't sure if Obito could fully use his rineggan. Obito's a tough matchup for anyone though. -
