Still goes to Snoop. His name is more iconic than rapper. He had probably the most anticipated hip hop album of all time...and he delivered. Lil Wayne was massively anticipated as well.....and we got Carter 3. See the huge difference??? ? is always mentioned amongst the greatest albums ever. Lil Wayne is getting worse as a rapper and hasn't come close to dropping a certified "classic". -

he had Ghostwriters though Snoop has always had ghostwriters his entire career
Snoop is one of the whackest ? ever
he had a crazy flow though on "The Chronic" and "? " this "The Chronic" is one of my top five albums ever
saying that SNOOP IS ? TERRIBLE...LIL WAYNE JUST SUCKS...NEITHER THAT GOOD...Catalog...Snoop has one classic where he had someone telling him what to rhymes,and crazy beats,and a compilation album basically that is the greatest HIP-HOP compilation ever

didnt think Wayne would be winning.
Its funny cuz they said he's the bestrapper alive and i say he aint even better than Snoop.
