Conserving your music, dances, history, your vernacular language, style, books, movies, art, movements, businesses, and etc. There is a lot to conserve but no one taught you the important of culture and we let it down the drain for pop culture and allow ourselves to be manipulated.
Hell whites are taking Yoruba culture and changing the Orishas from black to mulatto to white. Its practical voodun but you don't know what you lost to recognize what's it's about. Now, you got every one claiming every religion but their own. You'll pray to a middle eastern deities that were moon gods but you won pray to a universal one that your ancestors worshipped. Research, and then build and be a beacon of light to these lost souls of high melanin. -

People still fail to realize how catastrophic slavery and Jim crow era was on our people, what you see are the byproducts of those era's. The systematic wholesale assassination of our black leaders was also soul shattering for our people. We needed the guidance of our leaders due to our "stunted" growth from years of horrific oppression but like the narrative goes that was stolen from us. Our mental affliction is deep rooted to say the least.

To talk about black culture is not reply a progressive conversation. If one studies history then you can uncover that just about every culture was influenced by Black people at some point in time.
The problem comes when you let other people come and monetize your ? and then sell it to you.
