Still can't believe none of the players from that Final Four squad played long in the league.

My boy Ebi was about to sign with Portland but an Australian Squad offered him a guaranteed deal (that was worth a lil more than what Portland was offering) plus it was guaranteed.

Quannas played in some semi pro leagues and overseas.
    Price too.

Last time I heard from Ebi he was playing in Italy. I think he goes back home to Oklahoma every offseason tho.

I wouldn't be surprised if he starts coaching in college or high school when he retires. Good dude too.

Kevin Durant reminds me a lot of him personality wise. Dude was in local newspapers since he was in like the 6th grade and was Mr. Basketball in Oklahoma in his senior year of high school - but you would never know it from talking to him. Was SUPER poor growing up so I love seeing him succeed.

It wouldn't be that easy, a year of college strength training, coaching goes along way against kids still in high school

Local radio here is hilarious, they still living in those days. They refuse the acknowledge that we aren't that good anymore. I hope Mike Anderson turns the program around soon cause they getting impatient with him already. I say let that man cook a couple more years.

More proof that Nolan was underrated. I remember when he came to our high school trying to recruit Ebi, dude was cool as ? .

    Whatever happened to Scotty Thurman?

I'll never forget I saw him at this charity pro-am in my hood called the "Pop Off" that John Starks used to do. He would have a bunch of NBA stars and college stars there. Thurman was one of the few college players that played in the game - game had Pippen, Derrick Coleman, and a bunch of other stars at the time.

Thurman hit a 3 in Jimmy Jackson's eye and the whole gym was clowning.

You couldn't tell none of us lil nikkas that Thurman wasn't the next Reggie Miller at that point. lol
