but i'm kinda self-conscious for the first time in a long time.....lol,
everytime i take a progress pic in the mirror, i still got man-? , lol.....gotta get rid of them ? ....

You'll get rid of them as you cut the fat ? . You can't spot reduce, but I think you know that. As you lose fat, the places that house the least fat will cut up before the places that house the most fat. Just keep with being consistent and you'll be there before you know it.everytime i take a progress pic in the mirror, i still got man-? , lol.....gotta get rid of them ? ....

i got way too much muscle....225 is my ultimate goal....i think that would be an extremely good look for me...
i'm not stopping at the 6 weeks though...i'm going straight through.....if i up my cardio and hitting the weights here at work like i've been doing, i can realistically see under 240 by new years though.... -

i'm not stopping at the 6 weeks though...i'm going straight through.....if i up my cardio and hitting the weights here at work like i've been doing, i can realistically see under 240 by new years though....
