Can I change this thread title to "I'm still lowkey struggling for workout tips?"

Nah we're good. Shouldn't your ? ass be catching feelings and banning people while passionately defending Nicki Minaj in every Reason thread, right about now.
? you're ? annoying. Enjoy your holiday vacation.

    So, deadlifting.. overrated or nah?

I've learned a lot and grown since I was banned. So I would like to apologize. Specifically I would like to clarify that no you are not an emotional bird ass ? that lives his ? pathetic life through a female rapper who happens to be trash, and no you are not cowardly ass ? made ? ? I would punch dead in the mouth if provoked.

Now, today is chest day. I might get back on my 315 bench ? . Anyone hit 4 plates yet? Also is the stair climber effective when burning fat around the stomach area?

That's what I'm saying bruh, outside of plastic surgery, you can't. Your body fat will come off in "sheets." Wherever you house the least fast, it will cut up faster than wherever you house the most fat, that'll be last to go. Losing fat just means your fat cells shrink.

Yes, but there may be ways to get your body to use your stored fat for energy to accelerate the leaning out process
Some preliminary studies indicate that keto diets might be able to do this

Not quite the same but seems it could get the same desired results

I doubt i could do this
Mad recovery time is needed round here

Have you ever seen issues with your training frequency?

Its harder for me after a 1 or 2 day rest tbh that first set is a ? , the body in motion stays in motion
